6. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Order Confirmation: Once payment is received, your order will be processed. Changes cannot be made after this point.

Shipping: Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Returns and Refunds

Finished Products: No refunds or exchanges are allowed on assembled or completed builds. Refunds will only be considered in instances where The PC Forge is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Defective Components: If a part is found to be defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue under their warranty.
